Can Herbalife Independent Distributors sell on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay?
No. Distributors are prohibited from offering or facilitating sales of Herbalife® products through any auction, online auction or e-commerce website or any other website, including eBay or Amazon. Distributors may only sell products online using platforms created by Herbalife.
To support Distributors, Herbalife offers free, branded e-commerce websites that are customizable within set guidelines. These sites include up-to-date product information and built-in shopping features that allow Distributors to set retail prices. All core product content is standardized by Herbalife to ensure accuracy, compliance with product claim regulations and consistency with the Herbalife brand. Returning customers can log in with their existing credentials, while new customers can easily register and begin shopping once approved. -

How to cancel an Herbalife Distributor membership?
If an Herbalife Independent Distributor resigns for any reason, the Distributor is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the IBP/Digital Starter Kit, unopened products, Herbalife-produced literature and sales aids, and unused U.S. corporate event tickets that were purchased within the previous 12 months. The refund amount includes the cost of the items, any taxes, any shipping and handling costs on the original delivery and return of the items to Herbalife.
Distributors may initiate the refund process through the Online Refund Self-Service Center on MyHerbalife.com or by contacting the Refunds and Repurchase Department at 1-855-757-4747 to arrange for the pickup of items to be returned to Herbalife. -
